Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell (born December 18, 2001), known professionally as Billie Eilish, is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She is friends with Taylor Swift.
Friendship with Taylor Swift[]
Swift and Eilish first met at the 2019 American Music Awards. Eilish cheered on Swift as she performed and accepted her award for "Artist of the Decade". Swift also cheered on Eilish during her performance and as she accepted her award for "Favorite Artist - Alternative Rock". Swift and Eilish also attended Billboard's Women in Music in 2019. They both praised one another during their speeches.
At the 2024 Grammy Awards, Swift and Eilish were seen interacting with one another in-person for the first time since 2019.
