Taylor Swift has worn notable Halloween costumes over the years. Each costume and the year it was worn are listed below.
Childhood[]
When Swift was younger, she dressed up as Laa-Laa, the yellow Teletubby. Posting about it on her Instagram in 2015, Swift captioned the post saying "When you dress as the yellow teletubby for Halloween, but it's before Teletubbies got huge so all the kids at school ask you why you're dressed as a yellow pregnant alien."
Date Unknown[]
Very little is known about this set of photos. This array of images, likely from Halloween of 2006 or 2007, spotlight Swift and her former violinist, Emily Poe. The woman pictured on the left of the first image is likely impersonating Marilyn Monroe. Swift is dressed as presumably a rockstar of some sort; a very plausible explanation for Swift's costume is she's dressed imitating Michelle Branch, who at this time, would've been in the Nashville scene. A less plausible explanation for the costumes between Swift and Poe collectively, as some online speculate, is that they dressed as the country pop duo The Wreckers, with Swift as Branch, and Poe as Jessica Harp. The location is seemingly unknown, and there's an unsubstantial amount of easily obtainable information regarding these pictures.
2006[]
Swift performed at Dukes County Bar & Grill in Portland, Oregon, dressed as an angel.
2014[]
For Halloween in 2014, Swift appeared on different radio shows, including Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, and numerous other stations dressed up as a pegacorn, a pegasus and a unicorn combined.
2015[]
Taylor dressed as Olaf from Frozen during "Style" at the Tampa date of the 1989 World Tour. Idina Menzel joined her, dressed as her character from the film, Elsa, to sing "Let It Go" as a special guest song.
2016[]
Taylor Swift dressed up as Deadpool while hosting a Halloween party with her friends.
2021[]
Swift dressed as a squirrel in 2021. She was seen out with Blake Lively, who was dressed as Violet from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Ryan Reynolds.
