The song was written in late 2003, when Taylor Swift still lived in Pennsylvania. It's the first song she wrote with Robert Ellis Orrall. The song is about how Taylor feels when she spends time with her friends. It speaks volumes of how they know each other so well and feel free to be themselves when they are together.

The music video was released on March 3, 2008, and it was later uploaded to Swift's YouTube channel on June 16, 2009.
The video features Abigail and other of Swift’s friends and family. It has a laid-back setting and shows a more family-oriented side of her.
