Target is an American big box department store, centered in Minneapolis and founded in 1962.[1] Taylor Swift began working with Target during the Fearless era. Between 1989 through Lover, Taylor had a tradition of going into a Target location to buy her album on the day it was released.

The Target edition of Fearless, known as the platinum edition, contained a DVD along with the songs "Breathe" and "Change".

The Target edition of Speak Now contained the songs "If This Was A Movie", "Ours" and "Superman". The CD also included an acoustic version of "Back To December" and "Haunted", along with the pop version of "Mine", the song's music video, and a behind the scenes recording.

The Target edition of Red contained the bonus tracks "Come Back...Be Here", "Girl At Home " and "The Moment I Knew". The CD also included an acoustic version of "State Of Grace", along with the original demo recordings of "Red" and "Treacherous".

The Target edition of 1989 contained the songs "New Romantics", "Wonderland" and "You Are In Love". The CD also included a voice memo of "Blank Space", "I Know Places" and "I Wish You Would". 445 exclusive polaroids were given away by Target to fans randomly as a surprise for ordering the Deluxe CD.

The Target deluxe editions of Lover contains voice memos for "I Forgot That You Existed" and "Lover".

Midnights[]

The Target edition of Midnights is called the "Lavender" edition. The CD contains the song "Hits Different" as well as a string remix of "You're On Your Own, Kid" and a piano remix of "Sweet Nothing".

An exclusive lilac colored vinyl was released.

An exclusive tangerine colored vinyl was released, with the exclusive track "Sweeter Than Fiction (Taylor's Version)". All CD variants come with exclusive posters also including original handwritten lyrics.
