Hello! If you've seen the "Karma" music video, you'll notice a lot of Easter eggs about 1989 (Taylor's Version). Could this possibly mean that 1989 (Taylor's Version) is next after Speak Now (Taylor's Version)? Here are some Easter eggs I've pointed out in the music video:

If you haven't watched the music video yet, you may do so here:

Easter egg No. 1: Statue that says 'MCMLXXXIX'[]

In the beginning where she says, "You're talking s*** for the hell of it," you'll see the numeral MCMLXXXIX (or 1989) on the statue:

Easter egg No. 2: Five birds[]

In the scene where Taylor and Ice Spice ride a boat, you'll see five birds flying around. And what is Taylor's fifth album? 1989!

Easter egg No. 3: Five lightbulbs[]

In the lightbulb scene, there were three lightbulbs. And what is Taylor's third album? Speak Now! But two were added to make five, which could mean that after Speak Now (Taylor's Version) comes 1989 (Taylor's Version).

Easter egg No. 4: Blue and black nails[]

In the ending scene (AKA the coffee scene), her nails have different colors: blue and black. Does this mean that Reputation (Taylor's Version) will come after 1989 (Taylor's Version)?

But wait! The blue nail is near the number 8 (VIII) and the black nail is pointing to the number 2 (II). Does this mean 1989 (Taylor's Version) announcement in August and Reputation (Taylor's Version) in February?

Easter eggs NOT from "Karma" music video[]

However, I've also pointed out some Easter eggs that are NOT from the "Karma" music video.

"Bejeweled" music video[]

The elevator goes from 3 (Speak Now) to 5 (1989).

In one of my discussion posts[]

So if you know about the Late Night edition of Taylor's latest studio album Midnights, you'll notice that two of the 3am edition tracks are not in the Late Night edition, namely "Paris" and "Glitch". So I discussed about it in this discussion post, and a user named Slytherin.Goddess.Of.The.Moon pointed this out:
